Product Description
The horizontal belt mixer is composed of U-shaped cylinder, driving part and belt mixing blade. The belt stirring blade is usually two or three layers. The outer screw gathers the materials laterally to the center, and the inner screw transports the materials from the center to both sides to form convective mixing.

Working Method

The patented technology of the utility model drives the materials in the barrel to rotate through the inner diameter and outer diameter screws installed on the stirring shaft, so that the mixer drives the animals in the barrel to rotate to the maximum extent. In the agitator structure, the screw is designed as an inside-out reverse spiral and a left-to-right reverse spiral. When the agitator is working, the inner screw carries the animal material, rotates near the shaft, and pushes both sides of the shaft. Axial rotation generates axial thrust on both sides, so that the material is convective, sheared and mixed in the pipeline, so that the material can be quickly and uniformly mixed in a short time.
