Flanged Rolled Bronze Self lubricating Sliding Bearing with Lubrication Holes CuSn8P0.3 CuSn6P
ZR-092F bronze rolled Flanged bearing bushing is made from high grade alloyed, hot rolled, phosphorous tin bronze. The slide bronze bearings are especially designed to withstand heavy loads and to be shock-resistant. The entire bearing surface consists of “punched-through-holes” that provides improved lubricating properties and fewer maintenance periods that reduces friction, both at startup and during operation.
ZR-092F is intended for radial, oscillating and axial movements and are especially suited for medium to high loads. This type of bronze bearing also called FB092F bronze sliding bearing, WB-WF 802 bronze bearing,PRM bronze wrapped plain bearings,MBZ-B09 LD Plain bronze bearing,BMZ/L Bronze self lubricating bearing, BRM-80 Flanged bronze sliding bearings and etc.

Mounting Suggestion
Housing ØH7
Bushing inner-Ø after mountingH9
Shaft tolerance f7
Housing: Mounting bevel min. 1.5 mm x 15-45°
Shaft Material: Steel, hardened or untempered, surface roughness ≤ Rz 4-6
Shaft: Mounting bevel 5 mm x 15°, edges rounded
The application of an adequate force fitting mandrel is advisable. Grease lubrication of the outer surface may
be necessary when mounting.
Stick-in: Adhesive should not contact the sliding surface
