Steel Back CuSn10Pb10 Bronze Alloy Bimetallic Bush Graphite Filled Self lubricating Bimetal Bushing
ZR-030G Graphite filled steel copper bimetal bushing is made of low carbon steel, Sintered bronze alloy CuSn10Pb10 and graphite filled oil pockets. Oil pocket graphited bimetal bushing use lead tin bronze as inner layer and add the special graphite lubricant with a fine tough steel material as outer layer. With minimum 25% graphite lubricant to inset into oil pockets along with its oil groove distributed structure, therefore, it can enhance its self-lubricant performance.
