0604 DU bushing

PVB013 Bushing Self lubricating bearing is made of steel back as base material, sintered bronze powder as middle layer and PTFE mixture as sliding layer. This type of sliding bearing is special designed for reciprocating motion conditions. It's also called DP4 DU bushing, sliding bushing,oil free bushes,SF-1 oilless bearing,PTFE coated self-lubricating bearing,pilot DU bearing,damper bushing bearing and metal polymer composite DU bearing.

2.Porous bronze 0.2~0.3mm
3.Steel backing 0.7~2.3mm
4.Tin-plating 0.005mm or copper plating 0.008mm

Characteristics

ZR-014 bushing is efficient even under sudden break off the oil lubricating, wear resistant, which can keep the lubricating oil clear after long period of working.
This bushing can protect the mating surface from wearing.
Particularly suitable for reciprocating movement.

Mouting Suggestion

  • Housing: Mounting bevel min. 1.5 mm x 15-45°

  • Shaft Material:Steel, hardened or untempered, surface roughness ≤ Rz 2-3

  • Shaft: Mounting bevel 5 mm x 15°, edges rounded

  • The application of an adequate force fitting mandrel is advisable. Grease lubrication of the outer surface may be necessary when mounting.
