Screw Flight Spiral Blade

1. Screw Flight is mainly used for conveying materials with high viscosity and compressibility. This type of Screw Flight has the functions of stirring and mixing materials when the conveying operation,it is widely used in material transportation, such as block, particle, powder and other materials, or some high-temperature, corrosive materials, instead of manual handling, with higher efficiency.

2. Applicable to the biomass power generation, waste power generation, chemical industry, metallurgy, environmental protection machinery, mining machinery, food machinery, engineering machinery, food machinery, paper and other industries

3. The common helical blades are continuous helical blades, single helical blades and equithick helical blades. The appropriate helical blades can be selected according to different requirements. Spiral blades are installed in a closed pipe or a semi-closed u-shaped groove, and one end is equipped with power to form a spiral conveyor.

4. Screw Flight choose different materials according to different USES, common materials are ordinary carbon steel, stainless steel, manganese steel and so on. If it is ordinary material, such as wood chips, plastic particles, powder, can choose ordinary continuous spiral blade, material is carbon steel; If the transport of minerals, particle hardness of the material, should choose higher wear resistance manganese steel, increase its service life; In some food processing equipment, considering the health of food, should choose stainless steel spiral blade.

How to choose the material ?

HDPE: Tough and flexible, suitable for handling grains, foodstuffs, and other products with no sharp edges and material that has a bulk density of less than 1g/cm³ .

Nylon: High impact and abrasion resistance, better heat resistance and are well suited for handling hot, abrasive and sticky products.

PU: Extremely abrasion resistance, tough and flexible, and are suitable for handling sharp, cutting and sticky products.

Mild Steel: General purpose, long life, well suited to agricultural and industrial products.

Stainless Steel: Food grade, corrosive resistance, suitable for food and high temperature applications
