A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. You will need to pay for the sample cost and delivery cost, the sample cost could be refunded after official order.

A: It depends on the model you selected. Some models could accept very small MOQ, some models might not.

Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: For sample or small quantity order, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or your appointed shipping agent. It normally takes 5-10 days to arrive. For container order, always ship by sea, time of transit depends on your destination.

Q4. Can I leave my electric fireplace on all night?

A: Yes, it's ok to leave an electric fireplace insert on overnight but it's best if you turn it off when possible.
