Function Description:
In the working state, the operator puts the parts into the positioning mold, presses the buttons of both hands to start the equipment, the gas-hydraulic booster cylinder works quickly, and the upper mold quickly reaches the position with small force, no impact, no noise, and the upper mold touches For the workpiece, the gas-liquid booster cylinder is automatically converted into a force stroke, and the boost stroke starts to work to assemble the product. After the product is assembled, the oil pressure relay will act to control the return stroke of the upper mold. The system maintenance device (triple unit of air source processor) performs moisture separation and oil atomization on the input dry compressed air again, and stepless adjustment of the input air pressure, so as to realize the stepless adjustment of the pressing force within the specified range.
Introduction
