1. Analysis of demand: foreign trade salesman and customer in-depth communication, fully understand customer function demands, urban culture and other information.

2. Project approval: the R & D department shall set up an internal project plan team according to the customer information fed back by the foreign trade salesman.

3. Provide scheme: R & D department shall provide basic product planning and design scheme within 3 working days, and the salesman of foreign trade department shall provide quotation.

4. Plan establishment: understand the requirements, communicate and establish the plan, our company provides renderings for scene simulation.

5. Signing the contract: after the confirmation of the product standard, the Ministry of foreign trade will determine the cost, adopt the negotiation situation and confirm the signing of the contract.

6. Purchase production: the production department organizes the material purchase and production planning.

7. Delivery acceptance: after the completion of production, the delivery procedures shall be performed according to the contract.
