Fusion bonded epoxy coating material is thermosetting material, it is consist of solid epoxy resin, curing agent and various additives by mixing, grinding. When performing, steel tube was heated to 220-230 Celsius degree, then epoxy powder is sprayed on the surface of the pipe by electrostatic adsorption method, fusion bonded epoxy powder is heated and cooled melt adhesive curing. Single-layer fusion bonded epoxy coating thickness is about 300-500um, DPS (Double layer FBE) thickness is controlled in 450-1000um.
Fusion bonded epoxy coating has the properties of excellent adhesive strength, high insulation resistance, resistance to soil stress, anti-aging, anti-cathode stripping, anti-high temperature, resistance to bacteria and small cathodic protection current(only 1-5uA/sq.m), etc. But there are also poor performances against mechanical impact, high water absorption and other shortages.

Product Uses
Fusion bonded epoxy anticorrosion coated steel pipes used in:
- Coal mine: suitable for underground water supply and drainage, underground grouting, positive and negative pressure ventilation, gas drainage, fire sprinkler pipe network.
- Power plant: thermal power plant process water waste residue, backwater conveying pipeline.
- Fire fighting: it has excellent applicability for the water supply pipeline of the sprinkler system.
- Highway: power, communication, highway and other cable protection sleeve.
