Alloy 36:

FEATURES
Alloy 36 is a 36% Alloy-iron alloy notable for its uniquely low coefficent of thermal expansion which is roughly one-tenth that of carbon steel in the range from room temperature to around 200℃.It also retains good strength and toughness at cryogenic temperatures.It can be hot and cold formed and machined using processes similar to austenitic stainless steels.

APPLICATIONS
Alloy 36 is useful for applications where high dimensional stability is required such as standards of length,precision optical and laser system,cryogenic components.It is also used in conjunction with high expansion alloys in applications in bimetallic thermostats.

Stainless Steel Elbows:
1 The finished Elbows shall be reasonably straight and shall have workmanlike finish, Removal of imperfections by grinding is permitted, provided the W.T are not decreased to the lenss than the permitted in Section 9 of Specification B388,B753
2 Butt Weld End: According to ANSI B 16.25
3 Elbows Marking: Specified in B388,B753, include “Logo+Standard+SIZE+Heat No.+Lot No.+H.T/E.T/U.T”
4 Packing: Each Pipe end is protected by Plastic cap. Then packed by Anti-rust steel strip, The outside of the bundle is plastic woven bag, or Plastic film.
5 Packing Mark: SIZE + STEEL GRADE+ QTY OF PIECE/WEIGHT/METRE.
6 MTC: BWSS Official Original MTC paper will be supplied for each order.
