Product Description

The Inconel 718 is mainly γ '[ Ni3(Al, Ti, Nb)] Nickel based high temperature alloys with aging reinforcement have good corrosion resistance and oxidation performance below 980 °C, high strength below 800 °C, and good relaxation resistance below 540 °C. It also has good forming and welding properties, The alloy is mainly used to manufacture components such as corrosion-resistant ring parts, structural parts and bolts that work below 800 °C and require higher strength, and flat Springs with medium or low stress that work below 540 °C and require relaxation resistance. Inconel X-750 process performance and requirements:

1.Due to the high content of niobium in the Inconel 718 alloy, the degree of niobium segregation in the alloy is directly related to the gold treatment process.

2.In order to avoid heavy segregation of elements in the ingot, the diameter of the ingot used is not more than 508mm.

3.The alloy treated by homogenization has good thermal processing performance, steel ingot open heating temperature must not exceed 1120 °C.

4.The average grain size of the alloy is closely related to the deformation degree and final forging temperature.

5.The alloy has satisfactory welding performance, can be welding argon arc welding, electron beam welding, welding, spot welding and other methods.

6.The alloy different solid solution treatment and aging process will get different material properties. Due to the low diffusion rate of the γ "phase, the best mechanical performance of the Inconel 718 alloy can be achieved through long-term aging.

Q: Does this tubing come with triclamp ends to be coupled together?
A: This particular tubing comes without tri-clamp ends standard. We can always weld tri-clamp ferrules to the end of tubes for any specific length you need. These products are referred to as tri-clamp spool assemblies. If you need a specific length, please
contact us.
Q: Are you able to cut tubing to lengths that don't require freight shipping? Say 5' lengths for example.?
A:Yes, we are able to cut down to other sizes. UPS Ground is able to ship up to 7' without the tubing being considered "oversized".We do charge a cutting fee for this service, however. Please contact us for a quote.
Q:How much does 1 stick of 4" tube weigh?
A: One 20' Stick of 4" Sanitary Tubing weighs approximately 75 pounds.
Q:You list gauge of this tubing at 16, but the wall thickness at 0.065". Isn't 16 gauge 0.0625"?
A: The wall thickness and gauges are all displayed in the table below. Please contact us if you have any other questions.
Q: Do you sell tubing in anything less than cases? I need to order just over 400 feet but don't want to pay for two cases as this is More than I need.
A: We do sell tubing on an individual basis however there is a $50 "broken box" fee applied to any order less than an entire case.Since we don't offer a way to order individual tube pieces online please call us to place an order over the phone.
Q: Do this product ship via freight?
A: Yes, our tubing comes in standard 20 foot lengths and will need to ship via freight. I'd also like to mention that there is a broken box charge meaning that if you do not order an entire box of tubing you will be charge additional fees as such. For more information please contact us. Thanks.
