25CrMo4 tube has high hardenability, no temper brittleness, good weldability, little tendency to form a cold crack, good machinability, and cold strain plasticity. 25CrMo4 alloy steel is generally used in the quenched and tempered or carburized quenching state. 25CrMo4 alloy steel is used to manufacture high-pressure pipes and various fasteners and advanced carburized parts that work in non-corrosive media and media containing a mixture of nitrogen and hydrogen at a temperature lower than 250℃.
EN 10297-1 Grade 25CrMo4 Specifies the technical delivery conditions for seamless circular tubes made of non-alloy and alloy steels for mechanical and general engineering purposes. Pipe will be supplied in 5-7 metre random lengths with butt-weld ends and varnished to avoid oxidation of the steel when in storage. All pipes are fully certified and traceable with heat numbers hard stamped onto each random length. Ferro Pipe can supply cut lengths; long pieces and even bore from forged, machined bar to satisfy your urgent demand.
