Description of WC U drill
The WC U-drill is made of high hardness H13 steel and undergoes quenching, carburizing, grinding and other processes to make the U-drill; More sturdy and durable; Innovative spiral groove design, with an inner and outer groove ratio of 6:4; Smooth chip removal, less prone to chip blockage; Internal cooling double spiral water outlet, widened water outlet, larger flow rate, better cooling effect, updated blade angle, making cutting more efficient.

FAQ
Q1: Vibration?
Solution:
1. Minimize overhang as much as possible
2. Check if the power tools and parts are securely clamped
3. Increase feed rate
4. For soft materials, cutting speed can be increased
5. For hard materials, the cutting speed should be reduced
Q2: Cutting blockage?
Solution:
1. Increase the feed rate to crush the cutting
2. Increase coolant pressure
Q3: Blade breakage?
Solution:
1. Reduce the feed rate at the drilling inlet
2. Choose a softer blade material
3. Reduce feed rate
4. Check for correct assembly
5. For hard materials, the cutting speed should be reduced
