Our MAR-YZ2×40B Hydraulic Tensioner serves to string various types of conductors and earth wires. Either one-pull-one or one-pull-two is available.

The infinitely variable tension control system allows this MAR-YZ2×40B Hydraulic Tensioner to realize the constant-tension conductor stringing operation. If a hydraulic failure happens, the spring applied hydraulically released multi-plate brake will act automatically. Thus, the operation is made safe.

Furthermore, our product is designed with two sets of hydraulic power output interface, which is able to connect the hydraulic conductor reel stand. Its bullwheel is specially lined with the wear-resistant MC nylon material.

Uses: It's used for stringing various conductors and earth wires, suitable for stringing one conductor or two bundle conductors.

This MAR-YQ250 Hydraulic Puller is equipped with the steel wire rope automatically winding device, which can arrange the rope by itself and also make loading and unloading convenient. In use of the hydraulic type rope clamping device, the steel wire rope reel can be replaced easily.

With automatic braking function, our puller can well guarantee its safe operation, in case of the hydraulic failure caused by the sudden flameout of motor or other reasons.

Furthermore, our MAR-YQ250 Hydraulic Puller possesses the steplessly adjustable traction force and pulling speed. The pull in the rope can be visually displayed on the line pull gauge. Our product also comes with the overload automatic protection function, and the maximum traction force can be set in advance.
