This integrated reel stands has three models, 3A,5A,7A,the biggest diameter of coil can reach to be 2500mm, width of coil mm <=1700, brake torque has the 2000N,m, here below are the specifications detailed.

1000 KN Torque Integrated Cable Reel Stand Colored With Disc Tension Brake:It is used to raise and support reels in conductor or earth wire stringing operations. The reel could be controlled by hydraulic motor in both rotation directions. The hydraulic reel stand could be driven by hydraulic tensioner or hydraulic puller tensioner, through 13 meter long hydraulic pipe.


Notes:1000 KN Torque Integrated Cable Reel Stand Colored With Disc Tension Brake SIPZ-7 is double disc brake. This intergrated reel stand is to support reel in tension wire or meachanically pull wire and to brake the reel. can be disassembled in to three pieces, convenient for transportation.SIPZ-7 is double -disc brake.We also have the other types made in the Plant.
