Product Description

Our MAR-YZ2×40B Hydraulic Tensioner is designed for stringing various types of conductors and earth wires, offering the flexibility of one-pull-one or one-pull-two options.

Featuring an infinitely variable tension control system, this tensioner ensures consistent tension during conductor stringing operations. In the event of hydraulic failure, the spring-applied hydraulically released multi-plate brake engages automatically, ensuring secure operation.

Additionally, our product comes equipped with two sets of hydraulic power output interfaces, allowing for connection to hydraulic conductor reel stands. The bullwheel is lined with wear-resistant MC nylon material for enhanced durability.

This tensioner is suitable for stringing both single conductors and bundled conductors, making it versatile for various applications in transmission work.
