Description

  • Stringing Blocks for overhead transmission line eight conductors stringing. Central steel sheave, conductor sheaves made in aluminum alloy or MC nylon.
  • 3 Sheaves helicopter stringing blocks are used for stringing two or three conductors on overhead transmission line, with helicopter for stringing pilot rope through special designed pilot fly bar system.

Application:

It is suitable to string two or three stranded aluminum and ACSR conductors on tangent structures through helicopter. Compression sleeves, swivel connectors, and pulling rope connectors can pass through the groove. The sheave is made in aluminum alloy or high strength nylon. The big size 508mm, 660mm,822mm aluminum alloy sheave can be lined with neoprene. The big size 660mm, 822mm, 916mm, 1040mm nylon sheave can be lined with neoprene.


Features

With specially designed fly bar system and open door system to guide the pilot rope into the groove of center sheave, the running board can go through the sheaves easily.
