1. Product description
RJ45 servo harness the high-quality materials and advanced manufacturing processes are used to ensure its reliability and stability in various industrial environments. The signal cable is braided with 0.2mm² copper wire, while the power cable is braided with 0.25mm² copper to ensure good electrical conductivity. Polyvinyl chloride was chosen as the insulating material, while the reasonable thickness of the insulation layer not only enhances the mechanical strength, but also effectively isolates the signals inside the harness. To further safeguard the stability of signal transmission, a copper foil plus braided double-layer shield is used to effectively suppress electromagnetic interference. The outer jacket is made of abrasion- and chemical-resistant polyurethane (PUR), whose reasonable thickness and excellent tensile strength enable the harness to perform well in a variety of harsh environments. In addition, the metal-shelled RJ45 connectors have built-in gold-plated contacts, which further enhance the reliability of signal transmission.
