1. Product inspection of fire extinguishing system: first, inspect the appearance of the fire extinguishing system, including the flatness of the surface and the precision of parts manufacturing. At the same time, it is also necessary to check whether the fuses, switches, valves, etc. are intact.

2. Disassembly inspection of the system structure: disassemble the fire extinguishing system, check whether the structure combination and connection are tight, and carefully inspect complex parts such as valves to find out the cause of the failure.

3. Open circuit measurement and inspection: connect the detection instrument, conduct inspection items such as resistance value measurement, voltage value, and current value on the system, and find out whether there are faults such as open circuit, short circuit, and leakage.

4. Output transmission test inspection: Check whether the output transmission is normal through inspection items such as ignition, peak output, and signal transmission. At the same time, tests such as boosting and bucking can also be carried out to check whether there is a stable voltage.

5. Fire extinguishing test inspection: Under laboratory conditions, conduct fire extinguishing tests, including fire extinguishing agent release, fire extinguishing time, fire extinguishing speed, etc., so as to ensure the fire performance of the system.

6. Static test inspection: Put the fire extinguishing system under a certain degree of pressure and conduct a static test to check the carrying capacity of the system.

7. Sign and logo inspection: Check the system signs and logos to confirm whether they meet the relevant standards. At the same time, it is also necessary to sort out the test results and form a standard test report.
