Function

This machine developed by our company is used to fill cream into cakes that have been baked and thermoformed. After the filling, the cakes enter the depanning section.40pcs of cakes will be taken out in one time, then the cakes are conveyed into the UV line for sterilization

Introduction

2. It is equipped with Advanced PLC system. Thanks to the user-friendly touch panel, the operation of each step can be easily done in the fully-programmable digital interface.
3. We sufficiently combine electricity and gas to optimize its function. Mould trays with tare cakes step-walks forward. In the mean time, the injector separately fills a certain amount of cream into several indents in one time. Except that the oil collecting containers of the oven have to be inserted and drawn out manually for cleaning, all the other steps are automatic. Obviously, the high automation of this machine could save manpower and cost.
4. With high efficiency, it could separately inject filling (cream/jam) into several cakes at the same time.
