1. Belt conveyor

2. Carton erector

The automatic carton unpacking machine adopts PLC + human-machine interface control. The folding bottom does not stop, and the bottom folding and bottom sealing are completed during transportation. It completes the entire process of box suction, forming, bottom folding, and bottom sealing at the same time. It is easy to operate, simple to maintain, and has stable performance.

Manually place cartons on the storage board of the machine, and the machine automatically pulls the cartons apart (suction cup type) to form, automatically folds the bottom pages and seals the boxes. It will automatically alarm and stop when there is a shortage of boxes. It can be jointly controlled when empty boxes accumulate on the conveyor line. Automatic stop, according to the packing speed, automatically replenish empty boxes when there is a shortage of boxes.

The carton opener can be quickly adjusted and switched according to the carton size.

3. Cartoning machine
