Description

Assembly Machine For Precise Positioning Of HELI Lids For Milk Packaging

1. Turntable or loop production line on customer's actual capacity.

2. Main power comes from servo motor + reducer, which makes intermittent motion providing static fixtures for accurate assembly during processing, achieving high rate of qualified product.

3. Equipped with automatic detection function, following each assembly process, to achieve 100% qualified products.

4. All materials are made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy, in compliance with GMP requirements.

5. Equipped with automatic orientation function, avoid jam between screw and teeth, reduce defection during insertion, ensure correctness of assembly.

6. Torque test can be added inline.

7. Automatic pressing or tightening can be realized according to the product structure.

8. PLC control system, touch screen human-machine interface operation.

9. Simple maintenance and convenient operation. Low requirement for operator's technical ability. Spare parts replacement time short.
