Description

Equipment Fetures

1. This device is used for automatic assembly of infusion combination caps for infusion soft bags and infusion plastic bottles.

2. All materials of the equipment are made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy, in compliance with ISO and GMP standards.

3. Each workstation has a separate power source for easy daily maintenance and repair.

4. The surfaces of components in contact with the product are polished to protect product quality.

5. The inner cover pressing adopts a servo linkage mechanism, with uniform pressure at each workstation and smooth pressing, ensuring the pressing quality of each product.

6. Each assembly step is equipped with a detection function to ensure that there are no defective products in the qualified products.

7. Adopting PLC control system and HMI human-machine interface operation. Low technical requirements for operators.

8. The active force is composed of a servo motor and a splitter, with high assembly accuracy and high product qualification rate.

9. The robotic arm adopts pneumatic power mode, with short maintenance and replacement time, and low requirements for the professional technical level of daily maintenance personnel.

10. Equipment can be customized according to customer product specifications, actual production capacity, and production needs.
