Equipment Appearance

ASE-008E ATF machine is cabinet type. It has handle on the top and wheels on the bottom. Easy to move. The oil pipes use quick joints, easy to install and dismantle. Operation panel is simple and easy to understand.

Attention: In the process of dynamic cleaning and changing oil deeply, the equipment needs to be
monitored by people.
5.1 Preparation before operating
1. Stop the car in the workplace and switch off the engine, lift the car to suitable position to make
driving wheel hanging in the air,
2. Use tools to dismantle oil filter, install suited adapter kit on the base of oil filter according to
the adapter table.
3. Place the cleaning filter core in the transparent filter cup of the equipment.
4. Check and confirm below points
1.Whether the oil adapter kit is tightly installed on the oil filter base;
2.Whether the inlet/outlet hose of oil adapter connect correctly with the outlet/return hose of equipment;
3.Adjust the pressurized flush valve (see pic of working panel, part no 7) to OFF.
4.Adjust anticlockwise the regulator valve Of Pressurized Flushing to the minimum port (see pic of working panel, part no 8)
5. Connect adapter kits and pipeline of equipment to vehicle.
