Our quality control process is a multi-step system designed to ensure our products meet industry standards and fulfill customer requirements. The process includes:

  1. Raw Material Inspection: We perform chemical composition and physical property checks on all incoming raw materials, such as tungsten powder and cobalt powder, to ensure their purity and consistency.

  2. Production Process Control: Each production stage—mixing, forming, sintering, and grinding—is subjected to strict quality checks to ensure products meet specifications at each step.

  3. Hardness and Strength Testing: Using precision hardness and strength testing equipment, we measure key properties like hardness, bending strength, and impact resistance. For example, our XT6 screw mold model has a hardness of 86.2 and a bending strength of 3200.

  4. Precision Measurement: For products requiring high dimensional accuracy (like CF312 tungsten carbide rods with double cooling holes), we use high-precision measuring instruments to verify diameter, tolerance, and other specifications.

  5. Appearance Inspection: We inspect the appearance of products to ensure they are free from cracks, pores, and burrs, confirming their surface smoothness and integrity.

  6. Finished Product Sampling: We conduct additional tests on samples from each batch, including wear and corrosion resistance, to ensure consistent quality in mass production.

  7. Continuous Improvement: We collect customer feedback regularly and analyze quality data to continuously optimize our processes, improving product stability and reliability.

This systematic quality control approach helps us deliver high-standard tungsten carbide products that ensure durability and performance under demanding conditions.
