A. Product introduction

We produce the cigarette filter slitting blades for 15 years. We have produced blades of world famous cigarette machine brands, Such as Huani, Molins, GD, Protos and so on. We use the 100% virgin tungsten carbide raw material to produce the best quality blades. And our circular slitter blades with high hardness, smooth and sharp cutting edge. The cutting effect is very good and the fiter wihout any collapse after processing. We have developed a comprehensive line of circular slitter blades and wear pieces specifically for the tobacco industry that can increase productivity while reducing risk and costly downtime.

B. Technology

We use high-quality tungsten carbide raw material, using a vacuum sintering furnace to fire the blank and complete high precision processing. We have recently developed the third generation of mirror Tobacco Circular Slitter blades. It has a longer service life and greatly improves productivity in the production process.
