1. The slitter knife blade above dimension is 240x32x1.2MM. This is standard size blades. It is mainly used for corrugated production line. This blade is made from tungsten carbide materials 100% virgin solid carbide. It can be assembled on BHS machine, which is low speed cutting machine. It also can be used for machines else. If you have own machines different, please contact with us today and tell us your requirements. We can make blades per your demands.

2. Compared with HSS blade. Our carbide blade have longer working life, anti-high temperature, higher wear-off, more sharpness, high precision, higher hardness, anti-rust, more thin. I know many friends think that the blades are more thickness and better. But in fact, because of HSS blade do not wear-off, so it have to be more thickness than carbide blades.
