Description

The main composition of tungsten carbide bars or K30 Wear Resistant carbide Sheet strips is tungsten carbide powders and cobalt powders .With its wear resistant and corrosion resistant ability , tungsten carbide nowadays is widely used in many areas such as : cutting tools , moulds , oil and automobile industry etc .

Tungsten carbide strip and bars is used as the cutter for the TCT woodworking knives for cutting all kinds of original wood , hard wood , HDF, MDF , plywood , particle board , laminated board, composite material ,grass, aluminum and metals . It can give much more excellent performance than HSS .

Tungsten-containing steels, such as high-speed steel and some hot work die steels, contain tungsten in steel, which has a significant improvement in hardness and heat resistance, but the toughness will drop dramatically.

Coating blade mark and use recommended (B04)

YBC151 High wear-resistant matrix and ultra-thick composite coating for steel finishing.
YBC251 A tough base with good edge safety and a coating of MT-TiCN for semi-finishing of steel.
YBC351 The highly plastic matrix an the composite thick coating are suitable for roughing of steel.
YBM151 Suitable for finishing and semi-finishing of stainless steel.
YBM251 Suitable for semi-finishing of stainless steel.
YBM351 Suitable for rough finishing of stainless steel.
YBD052 The chemical ultra-thick coating combines with a hard matrix to provide excellent wear resistance in high-speed dry cutting of grey cast iron.
YBD102 Chemically coated grade for high speed cutting of ball cast iron.
YBD152 Good anti-flaking, suitable formedium- and high-speed turning in cast iron, and can withstand slight interrupted cutting at medium speed.
YBD252 Suitable for turning in medium and low speed wet milling and intermittent conditions of cast iron with toughness requirements.
