Rotary kiln
The rotary combined hazardous waste kiln treatment system is an advanced incineration equipment independently developed by our company based on the traditional rotary kiln incinerator. It has achieved good results in enhancing heat exchange and combustion. The system is equipped with special enhanced heat exchange equipment, which overcomes the problem of waste caused by insufficient contact between air and waste in traditional rotary kilns.
Solid waste is sent into the rotary kiln by special conveying equipment, and liquid waste is sprayed into the furnace through high-efficiency atomization equipment. The waste completes the process of evaporation, volatilization, and ignition and combustion in the rotary kiln. Due to the tilt and slow rotation of the kiln barrel, the material produces a compound movement that rolls along the circumferential direction and moves from the high end to the low end along the axial direction. Under the combustion of the burner, waste carbon is volatilized The organic matter adsorbed in it instantly raises the furnace temperature to about 900 degrees Celsius. When an appropriate amount of water vapor is introduced, the waste carbon has an activation effect under the mixing effect of high temperature and water vapor. The regenerated carbon is discharged from the tail and collected after cooling. The exhaust gas is processed by the exhaust system and discharged up to the standard.
