　　In order to prevent the corrosion between the eyes caused by heating, the welding current should not be too large, the arc should not be too long, and the interlayer should be cooled quickly, and the narrow weld bead is suitable;

　　During the welding of medium frequency pipe fitting bend, carbide precipitates after repeated heating, which reduces the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties

　　When the same type of chromium stainless steel electrode is used, it should be preheated above 200 ℃ and tempered about 800 ℃ after welding. If the weldment can not be heat treated, chromium nickel stainless steel electrode should be used;In AC welding of medium frequency pipe fitting bend, the penetration is shallow and red easily, so DC power supply should be used as far as possible

　　The medium frequency pipe fitting bend is easy to crack due to its high hardenability after welding. If the same type of medium frequency pipe fitting bend is used for welding, preheating above 300 ℃ and slow cooling after welding about 700 ℃.
