Graphite Hard Felt mainly used in vacuum and various metallurgical industrial furnaces (single crystal growth furnace, polycrystalline casting furnace, polycrystalline reduction furnace, polycrystalline ingot furnace, high-pressure gas quenching furnace, hot isostatic pressing furnace, thermal balance furnace, low-pressure sinter Furnace, pressure vacuum sintering furnace, etc.

Graphite Hard Felt used in defense, metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries. Especially with the rapid development of polycrystalline silicon and monocrystalline silicon industries, as an ideal material for thermal insulation of high temperature furnaces, the demand for high-quality hard carbon fiber felt has reached an unprecedented height.

Polyacrylonitrile-based graphite felt is stronger and more resistant to oxidation than viscose-based graphite felt, but it has poor flexibility, large bulk density, and good thermal insulation performance. In addition to their high purity, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and non-melting characteristics, they also have the advantages of elasticity, foldability, tailoring, and sewing with graphite yarn.

The main use of graphite felt is as a thermal insulation material for single crystal silicon smelting furnace. In the chemical industry,

it can be used as a filter material for high purity corrosive chemical reagents.

Under non-oxidizing atmosphere, the temperature of graphite felt can reach 2850℃.
