Conventional Composite Hard Felt is a new type of thermal insulation material compounded by a special process.

Hard Felt Suitable for Vacuum sintering furnace. (Carbide sintering furnace, Quenching furnace, Carburizing furnace, Pressurized gas quenching furnace, Metallurgical powder sintering furnace, Medium frequency induction furnace, Brazing furnace, Ceramic sintering furnace)

Characteristic:

Polyacrylonitrile-based carbon felt is a kind of 3-16mm thick felt made of polyacrylonitrile-based original felt after thermal stabilization and carbonization treatment. Since 90% of carbon felt is pores, it has excellent thermal insulation performance in vacuum or inert atmosphere,especially under high-temperature conditions, it has the characteristics of light weight, small specific heat capacity, soft texture, good thermal insulation, easy operation, etc. It has stable performance and is especially suitable for intermittent operation of high-temperature vacuum furnace, which can save a lot of energy.
