100% Carbon Fiber Plate Panel Sheet 3K Twill Weave Glossy Matte Surface 0.5-3mm

This carbon fiber sheet contains 100% carbon fiber. Strong Strength and Light Weight. The surface is a 3K twill weave, matte surface without any glass fiber contents. The plate panel can be used to construct strong structures, create supports, or for fabricating your own parts! It is especially applicable for Multicopter, Helicopter, and RC airplanes.

The 2×2 twill weave fabric gives the traditional carbon fibre look and offers great strength and stiffness. Because of the weave and filaments per fibre the 3K twill weave offers more strength when compared to the plain weave.

2×2 twill 3K carbon fibre material is easy to manipulate and can be used in applications such as aerospace, marine, auto, and sporting goods.

Quasi-Isotropic Layup

For creating a more uniform distribution of strength, all our laminated sheets are manufactured using both layers of 0°/90° oriented reinforcement in what is known as quasi-isotropic fibre orientation. Our carbon fiber sheets using this layup technique offer improved stiffness across their diagonal axis and significantly improved torsional stiffness.

Our high-strength carbon fibre panels thickness is available 0.5mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.5mm, 4mm, 4.5mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm, 15mm thicknesses, up to 25mm.
