Our Roll wrapped carbon fiber tubes are manufactured by wrapping multiple layers of 12k UD and 3k twill/plain carbon fiber prepregs around a metal mold and then cured at high temperature. The UD prepregs are used in core layers whereas the Twill/Plain is on the surface. Based on your requirement, we can also use Kevlar and glass fiber.

Available in matte and gloss finishings, these tubes are not only good-looking but also extremely stiff and strong. Such roll-wrapped tubes are available in round, square, rectangular, hexagon, and octagon shapes. All these tubes are custom-made based on the client's requirements.

Carbon fiber tubes are extremely strong and stiff but lightweight. Hence, if you are looking for the strength of a steel/aluminum tube but at 1/3rd weight, our carbon fiber tubes are an ideal replacement.
