E Fiber Glass Heat Resistant Tape Mesh Conveyor Belt for meltblown production


Glass fiber cloth is coated with resin to make (PTFE) conveyor belt.
The mesh conveyor belt is defined by the size of the mesh, mainly 1 × 1MM, 2 × 2.5MM , 4 × 4MM, 10 × 10MM
And other single and double weft grid conveyor belts according to the warp and weft,
high-temperature cloth is based on thickness to distinguish specifications, the thinnest can reach 0.08MM

Feature :

  1. Used in low temperature -196 ℃, high temperature 300 ℃, with weather resistance. After practical application, if placed at 250 ℃ for 200 days, the strength will not be lowered, and the weight will not be reduced; if placed at 350 ℃ for 120 hours, the weight will only decrease by about 0.6%; It can maintain its original softness under ultra-low temperature.
  2. Non-adhesive: It is not easy to adhere to other substances. Easy to clean all kinds of oil stains, stains or other attachments on its surface; pastes, resins, coatings, etc., almost all sticky substances can be simply removed
  3. Resistant to chemical corrosion, resistant to strong acid, strong alkali, aqua regia and organic solvents.
  4. Good dimensional stability (elongation coefficient is less than 5 ‰) and high strength. Has good mechanical properties.
  5. Resistance to bending fatigue, can be used for smaller wheel diameters.
  6. Drug resistance, resistant to almost all pharmaceutical items.
  7. Fire and flame retardant.
  8. Air permeability --- the air permeability of the conveyor belt, reducing heat source consumption and improving drying efficiency
