Carbon Kevlar hinge with thickness to 0.5mm and 120kg static load
Carbon Kevlar hinges consist of rigid wings and flexure units. The rigid airfoil is a woven carbon fiber or glass fiber carbon hybrid in an epoxy resin matrix. And telescopic units with single or double Kevlar versions.
It can be rotated 360 degrees, bearing up to 200KG
The 1.6mm hinge is specially designed for bonding assembly. All hinges exceeding this thickness can be glued, fixed with screws or both.
We provide a selection of hinge configurations, however, hinges of various sizes can be customized. The length of the hinge ranges from 12mm to 1500mm, or the length of the panel hinge is from 100mm to 600mm, Wings has 18mm to 30mm , and can be pre-drilled and countersunk.
