Nickel-based alloys are alloys with high strength and corrosion resistance at 650-1000℃.According to its main properties,it is subdivided into nickel-based heat resistant alloy,nickel-based corrosion resistant alloy,nickel-based wear resistant alloy,nickel-based precision alloy and nickel-based shape mempry alloy.According to the matrix,the superalloy is divided into:iron base superalloy,nickel base superalloy and cobalt base superalloy.Nickel-based superalloy is referred to as nickel -based alloy.
Representative materials of nickel-based alloys are:
1.Incoloy alloys,such as Incoloy800,are mainly composed of :32Ni-Cr-21Ti,Al;Belongs to heat resistant alloy;
2.Inconel alloys,such as Inconel600,are mainly composed of:Ni-Cr- 15-73 Ti,Al;Belongs to heat resistant alloy;
3.Hastelloy alloy,namely Hastelloy alloy,such as Hastelloy c-276,is mainly composed of :56Ni-Cr-16 of 16 Mo-4W;
