Uses and characteristics:
◆ Design speed: 150m-300m/min;
◆ Effective width: 1400mm-2500mm；;
◆ Each layer of gluing is driven by independent power and controlled by frequency conversion. It can run independently, and can ensure the linear speed synchronization of each layer of gluing.
◆ High-precision anilox roller is used for gluing, with uniform coating and small amount of glue.
◆ Press roller or spring plate type paper pressing device is adopted.
◆ The glue amount is automatically adjusted or electrically adjusted according to the speed.
◆ Automatic circulating glue supply to prevent glue solution from settling;
◆ Equipped with preheating device, it can accelerate the gelatinization of glue solution and improve the adhesive strength.
