Q1: What shall I provide before getting a quote?

B: If you have no idea at all then please advise the detail of your products then our pre-sale service team will help you to make a customized proposal and concept drawing.

Q2:What kind of product information should I provide?

Please send us photos of your products as well as the dimensions, weight and how many units you would like to put in a display.
According to this information our sales team will be able to recommend the most suitable display for your good products.

Q3:Can sample fee be refunded?

Yes, sample fee is refundable when order placed.

Q4:What's the lead time for a sample and mass production?

Sample: 3-5 days
Productdion: 7-15 days accordingly to the quantity.

Q5:What is your MOQ(minimum order quantity)?

Actually we don't have MOQ, you can order whatever quantity you need.
But we suggest you to order 200 units to get a low price.

Q6:What format of artwork should I provide for printing?

Please provide AI,PDF,PSD with high resolution grapihc.It must be CMYK instead of RGB.

Q7:How do you control quality?

We have QA/QC team to control every process including incoming quality control,process control,and finished product inspection,to ensure your display/packaging is in high quality.

Q8:What kind of material for cardboard displays?

Generally, we use 300gsm CCNB + A9/W9(E-flute) corrugated cardboard for counter display (PDQ/CDU), and 350gsm CCNB + K5/K5A9 (B-flute/BE-flute) corrugated cardboard for floor display. The material we use is very sturdy and eco-friend(100% recycled).

Q9:Do you offer sample?

A:Yes, we can offer white sample or color sample by ink-jet printing. After design, we can offer custom a white sample to check the size, paper quality, weight-supporting ability. After customer confirm the white sample, we will give customer die-cut line to make artwork. Usually, it is customer who make the artwork by themselves, if customer has difficulty or donot have designer to make artwork, we can help them as long as they offer us basic artwork ingredient. Next is to make color sample before mass production.

Q10:.If our customer meets difficulty to assemble cardboard display,how do you deal with it?

A:Usually, when design cardboard displays for customers, we will consider many factors, say, stability, looking,cost, shipping, easy-assembling, supermarket rules etc.We will offer assembling instruction by line or by pictures.If customer still have difficulty after review assembling instruction,we will offer vidio to show customer clearly about every step.
