RFID Card INLAY Sheet Hole Puncher YHP-A+ is designed to punch both two side position holes and chip fixing holes (like 24 hole for 3*8 layout) for installing COB chips in the INLAY sheet middle layer in the process of RFID card INLAY sheet production.
Start massive production, and first of all punching side location holes (Usually 2 holes) and chip fixing holes (like 24 holes in 3×8 layout) in the INLAY middle sheet in one machine.

The positions of chip fixing holes to be punched are adjustable in a certain range by adjusting each punching mould position and/or the stepping distance inside the touch screen. It has one set of punching mould for standard big chip (chip size 5*8mm) in the default configuration. The punching mould for standard smaller chip (chip size 3.8*5.8mm for MoA8 chips) is optional.
