Full automatic SIM card puncher YLFP-SIM-2 is specially designed for punching both 1-chip SIM card and 2-chip SIM card with total five working stations in a precise and speedy way. Counting from right to left side, they are 4FF card seamless punching station (two sets of molds for 1-chip or 2-chip card), 3FF card seamless punching station (two sets of molds for 1-chip or 2-chip card), 2FF card slot punching station (two sets of molds for 1-chip or 2-chip card), 2FF card indentation station (two sets of molds for 1-chip or 2-chip card) and half card punching station special for 2-chip SIM card (including one set of half card cutting mold). It is automatically controlled by PLC program and operated by Chinese-English touch screen. It features adjustable parameters, fast speed and high precision.

1. The punching die adopts advanced structural design, and the cutting edge is made of imported high hardness and wear-resistant steel, which can well ensure a longer service life of the punching die with perfect card punching performance.
2. The indentation (kiss punch) mold is made of imported high hardness and wear-resistant blades, which ensures better indentation effect of small cards with more convenient mold maintenance.
3. It adopts high-power servo motor as punching and cutting power with adjustable parameters, large shearing torque and high precision.
4. It applies modular structure design, and four workstations can work simultaneously or independently with high efficiency and flexible application.
5. It is possible to select double card feeders to work at the same time or single card feeder to work, which is convenient to meet different processing requirements.
6. The special belt type card conveying mechanism is adopted, which is featuring stable performance, higher speed without scratching cards.
7. Card feeding direction detection or double card feeding detection functions are available.
8. if there is no card in the card feeding magazine or the card collection magazine is found full, the machine will automatically alarm and stop.
9. PLC program control automatic operation, color Chinese and English touch screen operation, and automatic sampling inspection function can be set, which is stable and reliable.
