This machine is designed for the purpose of automatic high-speed punching and sorting collection of poker playing cards. It can punch larger sheet size (maximum size 889 x 590 mm) with faster punching speed. The machine adopts touch screen friendly man-machine interface operation, and high-power servo motor works as punching power. The high-sensitivity laser sensor cooperates with two sets of stepping systems for vertical search cursor positioning and servo motors for horizontal search cursor positioning and feeding. The two-direction positioning of X and Y axis in the plane is realized, and the punching accuracy is not affected by the material edge cutting accuracy.
