Q1: Can i buy one of your products for Sample?

A: All samples will be free if unit cost under 20USD,but the freight should be on your side. If you have express account like DHL,UPS etc we will send you directly, if you don't have you can send express cost to our paypal account, any sample cost could be returned when you make order.

Q2: How could i know if the product suitable for my machine or not?

A: Tell me which product you are interested in ,i will give you the main sizes and provide the drawings to confirm,or you can provide your drawings or samples,we will make according to your drawings.

Q3: How long for you to make a new products ?

A:Usually 20-35 days for the drawing ones and 35-60 days for the sampled ones

Q4:What's the MOQ?

a. Oil filter with metal: MOQ=500pcs

b. Oil filter without metal: MOQ=200pcs

c. Air filter: MOQ=100pcs

d. Cabin filter: MOQ=100pcs

e. Fuel filter: MOQ: 100pcs

Q5:What is your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our goods in our own brand boxes or in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. We can do OEM. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q6: What is your terms of payment?

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q7: How about your delivery time?

A: Generally, it will take 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
