A:We can delivery the goods within 7 days in stock; If we need to order or open a mold, then it takes about 25 days.

Q2. What’s the package, can u provide the package according to my requirement?
A:Of course! Usually we provide with neutral export package without any logo. If you need, we can provide extra labels and company stickers. Any other package, we can discuss before delivery.

Q3. How much deposit do I pay for?
A:Usually it takes 30% payment as deposit.

Q4. What’s your payment terms?
A:We accept T/T or West Union through FOB Guangzhou.

Q5. Could u provide fee samples?
A:Dear Friend, for some samples, if we have stock, we are glad to send the sample for you free, U just need to pay the delivery cost.

Q6. Could u accept various kinds of orders?

Q7. How can I confirm the validity of products?
A:Don’t worry, we will provide OEM number for your to refer, what’s more, we will provide sample pictures for you to recheck!

Q8. What’s your goods quality? Will them be secondhand?
A:Our products all come from factory directly, they are totally new. We will firmly refuse to sell potential safety hazard products!!!

Q9. Could u delivery the goods through Trade Assurance?
A:Yes, we can. We are in prepare stage now, after we open this function then we can delivery for you.

Q10. What’s I need have not show in your website, could u provide?
A:Our Trade managers are online, you can send your requirement to us and we will find in our system for you on time. If we are not online, u can leave email to us, we will deal with your orders at the first time.
