How often should the fuel injection nozzle be cleaned?

The automobile fuel injection nozzle is cleaned every two years or about 50000 to 80000 kilometers. The automobile fuel injection nozzle is a normally closed valve. A valve needle moves up and down to control the opening and closing of the valve. When the ECU gives the fuel injection command, its voltage signal makes the current flow through the coil in the fuel injection nozzle, generating a magnetic field to suck up the valve needle, allowing the valve to open and ejecting fuel from the fuel injection hole. Cleaning method of automobile fuel injection nozzle:

1. Open the engine hood and hang the washer on the front cover of the automobile;

2. Remove and block the oil return pipe from the connection point of the engine.

3. Remove the oil inlet pipe from the connection point of the engine and connect it with the oil outlet pipe of the washer.

4. Open the oil tank cover and remove the oil pump fuse.

5. Add the detergent into the liquid storage bottle, and adjust the pressure regulating valve knob to a smaller position.

6. Connect the compressed air to the air inlet of the washer, and increase the pressure of the pressure regulating valve.

7. Open the oil inlet valve of the washer and start the engine.
