BPO Lightweight Bodyfiller Grey Yellow Bi-components Car Polyester Putty

Product Description

Bi-components, very good filling power. Easy application, fast dry in normal temperature. No cracks, no collapse, easy sanding, excellent adhesion to most metal substrates.

Advantages: -perfect filling.-easy sanding.-quick drying.

Additives: putty catalyst(2-3)%

Main Ingredients: unsaturated polyester resin, fillers, special additives, pigments

Putty Catalyst: Di-Benzoyl Peroxide

Product Name

Lightweight bodyfiller or Heavy Weight Bodyfiller

Surface Preparation

surface should be clean and free of dust, grease and oil.

Mixing Ratio

Mix the desired amount of putty by approximately 2-3% cream hardener with a plastic putty spreader or putty knife.

Drying time

At 25℃, 4.5minutes for surface dry, 30minutes for touch dry.

Sanding

Dry sanding using sandpaper grit number P80, followed by finer sanding using P180 for feather edging.
