Function: To help the average arrangement for the silver and pearl in the basecoat.

Usage: Apply to mix the silver paint and pearl paint

Mixing Ratio: According to the different covering power of different tinters,the mixing ratio changes slightly.

1K Tinter:70%~55% 1K Binder : 30%~45% Addition HS series Tinter

1K Tinter : Thinner = 1:1-1.2

1K Flop Control Agent

Features: To change 1K pearl, silver paint particles’ arrangement, so that the paint film will be darker in the front, and more glitter in the side face.

Usage:To add more quantity, the silver side face will be whiter and more glitter. We suggest to add 5-25% of the total paint formula volume.

Application: More volume, the side face of the aluminum paint will be whiter and more glitter. The volume shall be 2-10% of the total formula volume. If over 15%, it will cause aluminum paint film in disordered.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

1. Surface Should Be Clean And Free Of Dust, Grease And Oil.

2. Old Varnish Surfaces Must Be Sanded Using Grit Sandpaper Number 1200, Before Applying The Clear Coat.

Number Of Coats & Thickness: 2-3 Coats, 40-60μm Flash Time: Allow 5-10 Minutes Between Coats

Apply Using a Spray

Gun Nozzle:

1.2-1.4mm (Gravity Spray Gun)

1.3-1.5mm (Suct Spray Gun)

- Spraying Pressure: 3-4 Bar.

- Spraying Viscosity: 13~18s(Ford Cup #4 At 20℃)

- Number Of Coats: 3 Coats Maximum.
