Product Description

Thinner

Features: The thinner is s divided into Fast Dry, Standard and Slow Dry types. It is used in the 2K paint, 1K paint, clear coat, 2K primer, etc. It has good dissolution and promote bonding effect.

How to Use:

Fast Dry Thinner: It is recommended to use below 15 ℃.

Standard thinner: It is recommended to use at 15 ~ 30 ℃.;

Slow Dry Thinner: It is recommended to use above 30 ℃.

Universal Thinner: For general dilution effect;

NC Thinner: cheap price, quick dry, generally used for 1K Primer.

Storage Period: At 20 ℃ with original sealed, can store more than 2 years.

Other Additives

Characteristic/Funtion Mixing Ration/Usage Spraying
2K Binder can improve the gloss of the 2K solid color paint, and help leveling. General adding amount is 20% of the 2K solid color paint. The mixing ration for the ready mixed 2K paint and hardener is 2 : 1.
1K Binder

To accelerate the 1K metallic paint film drying speed. To help the arrangement of the pearl & silver particles.

To improve the application and adhesion between paint layers.

 General addition is 0-25% of 1K metallic paint. Excessive addition will reduce the covering power of paint
1K Flop Control Agent To change 1K pearl, silver paint particles’ arrangement, so that the paint film will be darker in the front, and more glitter in the side face.

To add more quantity, the silver side face will be whiter and more glitter. We suggest to add 5-25% of the total paint formula volume.
Fade-out Thinner To help the old and new paint film to be one, and get a perfect repairing effect. Very easy application. No need to dilute, just use directly. After repairing, spray the Fade-out Thinner immediately on the interfaces area. After 15 seconds, spray once again. The spray gun pressure is suggested 2Bar.
Antisilicone Can repair the paint film’s shrinkage cavity which caused by the substrate’s contamination. Repairing measures should be done before the imperfect paint film’s drying, and the spraying pressure is suggested 3-5Bar. To add 1-2% Antisilione into the ready mixed paint which can be used directly. After stir evenly, to spray a layer on the unlevelling and imperfect paint film.
Retarder

Slow down the drying time, make it easier to spray, leveling better, can prevent the paint film whitening at a relatively humid environment.

 At 25℃～40℃, can add 10%-50% Retarder into the slow dry thinner and use. Above 40℃, the Retarder can completely replace the thinner and use. Used in the 1K metallic paint, 1K solid color paint, 2K solid color paint, 2K clear coat.
Degreaser Can remove oil and other impurities on the to-be-painted surface, to avoid unnecessary paint film defects. To degrease before sanding. After sanding, degrease again, just to get a complete clean to-be-painted surface.
Drying Additive

A kind of additive to speed up the drying time, special for 2K paint, Clear Coat used. To accelerate the drying time and improve efficiency.

1L paint can add 10g-20g Drying Additive.

 After adding the Drying Additive, the applicable time will be much shorter, so it has to be used out as soon as possible.
Matte Black Primer High blackness, fast dry, good adhesion to the top coat. Matte Black Primer : NC Thinner = 1 : 1-1.2 To spray 2-3 layers, and the flash off time between layers is 5-10 minutes.
Matte Agent It can reduce the paint film surface’s brightness, very good matting effect, and makes the paint film soft and smooth. It can be used in 1K or 2K paint system.

1K Putty To fill minor scratches, pinholes, and small sandpaper grains, etc. Can use directly, no need to dilute. Very easy sanding. If small area, can spray the top coat after the sanding of 1K Putty. If large area, after sanding the 1K putty, the primer must be sprayed before apply the top coat.
Poly-Putty/ Body Filler(with body filler hardener) Bi-components, very good filling power. Easy application, fast dry in normal temperature. No cracks, no collapse, easy sanding, excellent adhesion to most metal substrates.

Poly-putty : poly-putty hardener = 100 : 1.5-2(summer);

Poly-putty : poly-putty hardener =100:2.0~2.5(winter)

To apply on the substrate surface which has been processed.

At 25 ℃, 4.5 minutes, surface dry. 30 minutes touch dry. Firstly sand with P80 sandpaper, then sand with P180 sandpaper. After 50-60 minutes, apply the primer and other subsequent operations.
