1. Brake Test

According to the guidance shown on the LED display, the vehicle guider stop the vehicle on the brake tester, while the intelligent control software aware the tested vehicle has taken its place, it begins to control the motor running, and lead the vehicle guider operate the machine by the characters display on the LED screen, After finishing the detection and locking the test results, the printer prints the results of the maximum braking force and the balance ration of the front and rear wheels, the summation of the whole vehicle load, the wheel retarders’ forces and the parking brake forces, etc. This intelligent control vehicle test line consists of motor control unit, signal processing unit, instrument control cabinet and so on.

2. Test of Brake, Axle Weight, Sideslip:

The vehicle guider does the same process mentioned in process 1, Brake Test, the printer prints the results of the front wheel sideslip, weights for each axle, the maximum brake forces and the balance ration of the left and right wheels, the summation of the whole vehicle load ratio of the left and right wheels, the summation of the whole vehicle load, the wheel retarders forces and the parking brake forces, etc.

3. Sideslip Test:

Following the instructions shown on the LED display, the vehicle guider drives the vehicle at the specified speed till the front wheels get through the sideslip test plate, the intelligent test line detects and locks the test results; the printer prints the sideslip value and the displacement orientation of the front wheels.

4. Speedometer project Test:

Following the instructions shown on the LED display, the vehicle guider drives the vehicle till the driving wheels get on the speedometer tester and then the guider operates according to the guidance on the LED display, the speedometer tester will detect and lock the test results automatically, and the printer prints the test speed value automatically.
