MQD-6A Vehicle Headlight Tester for High and Low Beams - Fully Automatic Computerized Testing Device

Product Introduction:

This product adopts DSP digital image processing technology and dual-CCD structure to measure the luminous intensity and optical axis offset of motor vehicle headlight. It is in compliance with GB7258 and GB 38900. It is suitable for inspection station, auto factory, motor vehicle maintenance department.

Product Features:

Precise optical system with less calibration points and good data repeatability: Capable of precisely and automatically testing high beam and low beam parameters of headlight.

Standard dual-CCD technology for light-seeking and testing: Effectively preventing external interference, with accurate and fast positioning; average time for far/low beam testing more than 40 seconds, and approximately 25 seconds for dual-light testing.

Ultra-high brightness digital display system: Providing VGA video output interface to facilitate artificial identification of testing line and operation, with dual-light inspection mode.

Capable of testing halogen lamp, xenon lamp and LED lamp correctly.

With online adjustment function: Convenient for lamp adjustment operation.

Abundant and reliable communication protocols: To facilitate networking.
